MSC will provide an industry experienced CPA as interim Controller / CFO on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure the continuity of the reporting and operating functions, while maintaining the clients’ books and records and working in conjunction with client’s outside accountants.
Assist the client in the search for employing a permanent Controller / CFO. In addition, we will continue to provide support during the transitional period.
Facilitate the pre-audit review and reconciliations of the client’s internal accounting records in order to expedite the audit process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Provide accounting back office support for existing Controller / CFO’s to maintain the books and records on a current basis.
Forensic Accounting - MSC’s accounting and financial professionals assist clients in recreating books and records for prior years in SEC and non SEC litigation.
Preparation of MD&A reports for IPO’s, 10Q and 10K reports for initial filings as well as existing public companies. Compliance support for SEC regulations.

MSC provides the following back office support:

Monthly bank, factor and accounts receivable reconciliations
Write-ups utilizing either the client’s or other accounting software and analytical work papers facilitating the quarterly and year-end audit process, profit and loss review and cost of sales analysis
Monthly general ledger and internal controls
Clear and auditable work papers working in conjunction with the client’s auditors
